The National Homelessness Advice Service (NHAS) have produced a very useful leaflet that gives information on all sorts of mortgage related issues.

The leaflet has recently been updated to include information on:

• Changes to the Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI)
• The Government’s Mortgage Rescue Scheme
• The Homeowners Mortgage Support Scheme
• The Pre-Action Protocol which came into effect in November.
